Grapes are sourced from the vineyards of Menfi and Sambuca di Sicilia.

Wine maker notes

The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed; the juice isclarified through cold settling overnight and then inoculated with selected yeast. Fermentation and storage takes place in stainless steel vessels.
